Crispy and Juicy Easy Chicken Karaage with Mayonnaise

  1. Add all ingredients in a bag, and combine well for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the katakuriko.
  3. If you shake the bag from the bottom upwards, the katakuriko will coat the meat more evenly.
  4. Add oil to the pan, and fry both sides on medium heat.
  5. Once it turns to golden brown, turn the heat up, and fry each side for another 1-2 minutes, and it is done.
