Crispy and Juicy Easy Chicken Karaage with Mayonnaise
- 450 grams Chicken thigh meat
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp Grated garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Katakuriko
- 5 tbsp Oil
- Add all ingredients in a bag, and combine well for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the katakuriko.
- If you shake the bag from the bottom upwards, the katakuriko will coat the meat more evenly.
- Add oil to the pan, and fry both sides on medium heat.
- Once it turns to golden brown, turn the heat up, and fry each side for another 1-2 minutes, and it is done.
