Ginger Pork with a Secret Ingredient
- 6 slice Pork slices for ginger pork
- 1 dash each Salt and pepper
- 1 Flour
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Ginger (grated)
- 4 leaves Cabbage
- Season the pork with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.
- Grate the onion.
- Keep the moisture that comes out of the onion too
- Add the ingredients to the grated onion.
- The sauce is done!
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the pork on both sides.
- When the meat changes color, add the sauce, and simmer over low heat.
- The onion will become sweet when cooked.
- Accompaniment: Finely shred the cabbage.
- You can combine it with shredded carrot too.
- Transfer to serving plates and it's done.
