Ginger Pork with a Secret Ingredient

  1. Season the pork with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.
  2. Grate the onion.
  3. Keep the moisture that comes out of the onion too
  4. Add the ingredients to the grated onion.
  5. The sauce is done!
  6. Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the pork on both sides.
  7. When the meat changes color, add the sauce, and simmer over low heat.
  8. The onion will become sweet when cooked.
  9. Accompaniment: Finely shred the cabbage.
  10. You can combine it with shredded carrot too.
  11. Transfer to serving plates and it's done.
