Judy's Simple Stroganoff

• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
• 12 ounces sour cream

1. I often use strip steak in the recipe instead of ground beef.
2. Brown meat in electric skillet.
3. Add soup and cook until meat is done.
4. Add sour cream and heat through.
5. Serve over hot noodles.
