Double Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

  1. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water in 2 quart saucepan.
  2. Add ice cream gradually by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
  3. Chill until thickened, but not set.
  4. Fold in strawberries.
  5. Pour into pie shell and chill until firm, about 30 minutes.
