Pork Barbecues Recipe
- 1 Boston butt pork roast
- Salt and pepper to taste, water
- 1 1/4 c. grnd cabbage
- 1/4 c. grnd onion
- 1/2 pt. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 c. tomato catsup
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1/8 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 to 1/4 jar of horseradish
- Place roast, salt, pepper and water in crockpot.
- Cook on low setting till meat is tender, falling apart.
- SAUCE: Mix all other ingredients, store in a covered dish and chill at least 13 hrs.
- To serve, e heat sauce just till its warmed through and spoon over warm meat.
- Makes 12 to 15 servings.
