Chicken hammered thinly
- 3 lb chicken breasts
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
- 2/3 cup sr flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- Take chicken breast cut into half, mix spices
- Mix spices and sr flour together
- Add chicken to a zip lock bag and hammer them to thin pieces of meat keeping the same thickness throughout
- Add chicken to a bag after you hammer each thin add the flour and spice mix to the chicken bag close bag and shake till all chicken is covered
- Let sit 15 minutes take eggs and water beat them together.
- take breadcrumbs put on a plate heat oil
- Take the chicken dip into egg wash shake off excess egg then dip into breadcrumbs start frying the chicken
- When fried add to paper towels to absorb excess oil
