Chicken hammered thinly

  1. Take chicken breast cut into half, mix spices
  2. Mix spices and sr flour together
  3. Add chicken to a zip lock bag and hammer them to thin pieces of meat keeping the same thickness throughout
  4. Add chicken to a bag after you hammer each thin add the flour and spice mix to the chicken bag close bag and shake till all chicken is covered
  5. Let sit 15 minutes take eggs and water beat them together.
  6. take breadcrumbs put on a plate heat oil
  7. Take the chicken dip into egg wash shake off excess egg then dip into breadcrumbs start frying the chicken
  8. When fried add to paper towels to absorb excess oil
