Sherry's Infamous Snickerdoodles

• 12 cup softened butter
• 12 cup butter flavor shortening
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 34 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons cinnamon
• 3 teaspoons sugar

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix butter, shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
4. Combine with moist ingredients.
5. Shape dough into round balls.
6. Mix remaining sugar with cinnamon.
7. Roll balls in the mixture and place on baking sheet.
8. Bake 8-10 minutes.
