Wasabi-Crusted Salmon Salad

  1. IN a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oils, 1 teaspoons wasabi powder and garlic; set aside.
  2. Press 2 tablespoons wasabi powder, salt and pepper onto salmon fillet; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a medium skillet; add salmon fillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until center is cooked.
  4. Divide salad greens among 4 serving plates, cut salmon fillet into quarters and place on top of salad greens.
  5. Drizzle dressing liberally over each and top with crumbled blue cheese.
