Moving Day Beef

• 2 12 lbs beef stew meat
• 2 cans low-sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1 package dry onion soup mix
• 12 cup red wine or 12 cup water (I use the wine)
• 1 teaspoon dill weed

1. Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot.
2. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
3. Serve over rice.
