Buckwheat Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Buckwheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 lrg Egg
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
- Combine lowfat milk, oil, and egg; stir well.
- Add in to flour mix, stirring till smooth.
- Spoon about 1/3 c. batter for each pancake onto a warm nonstick griddle or possibly nonstick skillet.
- Turn pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked.
- Yield: 3 servings (
- Serving size: 2 pancakes.)
