Buckwheat Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
  2. Combine lowfat milk, oil, and egg; stir well.
  3. Add in to flour mix, stirring till smooth.
  4. Spoon about 1/3 c. batter for each pancake onto a warm nonstick griddle or possibly nonstick skillet.
  5. Turn pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked.
  6. Yield: 3 servings (
  7. Serving size: 2 pancakes.)
