Chicken Livers and Rice

  1. In a medium sauce pot, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Cook over low to medium heat until the rice is tender and the liquid is completely gone.
  3. Stir occasionally so that the rice does not stick.
  4. Makes 4-6 servings.
