Easy Chorizo W/ Egg or Beans
- 1 12 lbs chorizo sausage, fresco
- 6 -8 eggs
- 2 cups pinto beans
- Remove chorizo from its lining.
- put in a pan and cook over medium heat (bake into small pieces) about 7 minute.
- once done add the eggs over the chorizo and cook tell done.
- If making with beans, boil the beans with salt tell soft, then drain.
- Add beans to chorizo along with 1 teaspoon oil.
- bring to boil.
- lower heat and smash with potato masher.
