PANEER PINWHEEL FRENCH TOAST

  1. In a blender Grind mint, coriander & green chillies together without adding water.
  2. Mix paneer, carrots, mint-coriander- green chilli paste, onions, mayonnaise, chilli flakes, Italian herbs & required salt together.
  3. Now take 3 slices at a time.
  4. Cut off the edges & flatten them using rolling pin.
  5. Now attach the three slices together by applying water on the edges & roll again with rolling pins.
  6. Spread the filling on the flattened bread evenly.
  7. Now roll the bread & cut into equal parts.
  8. Beat eggs, chilli flakes, Italian herbs, black pepper powder & required salt.
  9. Dip each roll into egg mixture & toast on tawa with required amount of butter.
  10. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
