Beef And Peppers In Hoisin Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly large frying pan.
  2. Add in the meat and brown lightly.
  3. Add in peppers, onion, and stir fry for two min.
  4. Add in seasoning, water chestnuts, garlic puree, hoisin sauce, and stirfry for 1 minute.
  5. Crumble the beef stock cube and corn starch into water, and add in to the wok to make a thick sauce.
