Brenda's Crispy Cheddar Meatballs
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all meatball ingredients together and roll into balls.
- Roll balls into cheese first.
- Then roll balls in breadcrumbs.
- Cover loosely with foil then Bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until lightly brown and crispy.
- Stick in a toothpick for easy appetizers!
