Brenda's Crispy Cheddar Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix all meatball ingredients together and roll into balls.
  3. Roll balls into cheese first.
  4. Then roll balls in breadcrumbs.
  5. Cover loosely with foil then Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until lightly brown and crispy.
  7. Stick in a toothpick for easy appetizers!
