Roasted Sweet Potato and Celery Salad

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss potatoes with 3 Tbsp.
  3. dressing; spread into foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  5. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 15 min.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and remaining dressing in large bowl.
  8. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
