Pink Rice Pudding Recipe

  1. Drain fruit cocktail, reserving syrup.
  2. Add in water to make 1 c.. Dissolve Jello and sugar in warm water.
  3. Add in syrup and lemon juice.
  4. Refrigeratetill thick sufficient to whip.
  5. Stir in fruit cocktail, nuts and rice.
  6. Mix in whipped cream.
  7. 1 c. raw rice makes 2 c. cooked.
