Strawberry Pie Recipe

• 4 Cups of Fresh Stawberries
• 1 1/2 Cups od water
• 3/4 Cup of sugar
• 2 tbs cornstarch
• 1 3oz. box strawberry Jell-O
• 1 pie crust in a tart pan baked and cooled
• 1 container of strawberry cream cheese

1. combine water, sugar, and cornstarch in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Boil until clea.
3. Remove from heat and add Jell-O fold in strawberry cream cheese.
4. Arrange strawberries in Bakes pie shell and pour warm Jell-O over Strawberries.
5. Chill for 2 hrs..
6. Serve with Strawberry Whip-cream Top with a spring of mint leaf.
