Chilled Tofu with Sesame-flavored Kimchi
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 30 grams Kimchi
- 1/3 Cucumber
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 dash more than 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 add as much (to taste) White sesame seeds
- Put tofu in a bamboo basket to drain it, and cut it into pieces.
- Slice cucumbers and mix them with salt, and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Make sure to drain it.
- Put the cucumbers from Step 2, kimchi, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl, and mix together the ingredients well.
- Place the tofu on a plate, and top with kimchi mix from Step 3 on it.
- Sprinkle with ground white sesame seeds.
- It looks good if you slice the tofu as well.
- This also serves well as something you can enjoy with drinks at house parties.
