Chilled Tofu with Sesame-flavored Kimchi

  1. Put tofu in a bamboo basket to drain it, and cut it into pieces.
  2. Slice cucumbers and mix them with salt, and leave it for 5 minutes.
  3. Make sure to drain it.
  4. Put the cucumbers from Step 2, kimchi, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl, and mix together the ingredients well.
  5. Place the tofu on a plate, and top with kimchi mix from Step 3 on it.
  6. Sprinkle with ground white sesame seeds.
  7. It looks good if you slice the tofu as well.
  8. This also serves well as something you can enjoy with drinks at house parties.
