HEALTHY LIVING So-Easy Stuffing-Egg Bake
- 1 tsp. oil
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms; cook 4 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Beat egg product, milk and mayo in large bowl with whisk until blended.
- Stir in stuffing mix.
- Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
- Bake 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, sprinkling with cheese after 35 min.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before serving.
