Cheese and Blueberry Honey Cups

  1. Cut each slice of cheese into 4 pieces.
  2. If using frozen blueberries, thaw.
  3. Lay the gyoza skins in the muffin tin.
  4. Put in the cheese.
  5. Divide the blueberries and dropon top of the cheese.
  6. Cover each with a small amount of honey.
  7. Bake in a toaster oven for 4-4.5 minutes.
  8. Serve on a plate.
  9. Garnish with mint (not listed) if you have any.
