Creamy Parmesan Spinach

• 1 bag (10 oz.) fresh spinach leaves, stems removed, torn
• 1/4 cup SOUTH BEACH LIVINGTM Ranch Dressing
• dash ground nutmeg
• 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
2. Add spinach; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min.
3. or just until wilted.
4. Add dressing and nutmeg; mix well.
5. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Serve warm.
