Zesty Apricot Spread

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/3 cup apricot jam
• 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
• 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar

1. With a rubber spatula, combine lemon zest, apricot jam, confectioners' sugar and cream cheese (softened) in a bowl until smooth.
