Festive Salad with Chicken and Fruit
- 2 cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple (1-inch pieces)
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Toss bread cubes with 1/4 cup dressing; spread in single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 6 to 10 min.
- or until golden brown; cool.
- Toss greens with chicken, pineapple, apples and remaining dressing in large bowl.
- Add bread cubes; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve immediately.
