Festive Salad with Chicken and Fruit

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Toss bread cubes with 1/4 cup dressing; spread in single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake 6 to 10 min.
  4. or until golden brown; cool.
  5. Toss greens with chicken, pineapple, apples and remaining dressing in large bowl.
  6. Add bread cubes; mix lightly.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Serve immediately.
