Low Calorie Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies (revised even lower)

  1. Heat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Mix sugar replacement, brown sugar, apple sauce, canola oil, vanilla extract, and egg white in large bowl.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Fold in in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto un-greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.
