Smoked Bacon Deviled Eggs

  1. Cut eggs in half.
  2. Arrange egg whites cut side up on a serving plate and put the yokes in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yokes with fork then stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and garlic powder.
  4. Mash and stir all ingredients together well.
  5. Stir in chopped bacon, reserving some pieces to garnish the top of the eggs if desired.
  6. Sprinkle eggs with smoked paprika and garnish with bacon pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Makes 24 deviled eggs
