Sleepy Tea
- 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea
- 1 cup low-fat milk or 1 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Prepare tea by letting it steep for at least 5 minutes.
- Add the milk and honey and stir well.
