Turtles Candy

• 1 lb caramel
• 1 lb chocolate candy bar, Hershey
• 2 cups pecan halves
• 2 tablespoons half-and-half cream

1. Unwrap and melt caramels in double boiler pan with heavy cream.
2. Cool 10 minutes.
3. Arrange three pecans halves in a Mercedes Benz hood ornament shape (or peace sign shape) per turtle.
4. Place chocolate over low heat in double boiler pan.
5. or microwate it until melted.
6. Do not over cook.
7. Spoon caramel over pecans, let stand.
8. Spread chocolate over caramel.
