Blue Cheese Dip With Caramelized Onions and Bacon

  1. Saute onions in the butter for around 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Set aside a spoonful to top the dip.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy.
  4. Crumble into pieces and set aside.
  5. Place the onion, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, blue cheese, Cholula, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  6. Mix on high until mixture is only slightly lumpy and all ingredients are blended.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  8. Top with bacon crumbles, chives, and remaining caramelized onions.
  9. Chill 2 hours to allow flavors to combine.
