Arabic Coffee ( Qahwa Arabeya ) Recipe
- 3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cardamom ( coarsely grnd
- 2 Tbsp. Arabic coffee
- 1/4 tsp saffron ( optional )
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add in the coffee to the water and bring to a boil over low heat for 5 min to allow the coffee to settle.
- Put the cardamom in the pot, strain the coffee into it and add in the saffron.
- Bring back to boil once and serve.
- Serves 8-10 persons.
