Arabic Coffee ( Qahwa Arabeya ) Recipe

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Add in the coffee to the water and bring to a boil over low heat for 5 min to allow the coffee to settle.
  3. Put the cardamom in the pot, strain the coffee into it and add in the saffron.
  4. Bring back to boil once and serve.
  5. Serves 8-10 persons.
