Velvet Lunch Cupcakes

  1. Cream sugar and shortening.
  2. Add egg, molasses.
  3. sour milk and raisins.
  4. Sift together flour, soda, salt and spices.
  5. Add to first mixture.
  6. Bake in cupcake pan for 20 minutes at 350F.
  7. * To make sweet milk sour, mix 2 tablespoons vinegar into sweet milk.
