Cheesy Turkey Fajita Pasta
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 16 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 packages fajita seasoning
- 1 lb light velveeta cheese loaf
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 water
- Cook ground turkey in skillet until done.
- Meanwhile, add enough water to boiler to cook pasta until done.
- When turkey is cooked, add fajita seasoning and 1/2 cup water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in cheese and salsa and stir until cheese is melted.
- Drain pasta and combine with meat mixture.
- Simmer on low for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with garlic bread!
