New York Philly Cheese Steak
- 1 box Steak Umms
- 1 small white onion
- 1 small italian green pepper
- 1 packages sazon
- 1 tbsp adobo
- 2 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 cup sharp shredded cheese
- 4 medium hoagie rolls
- 8 slice lettuce
- 1 large tomato
- 4 tbsp mayo
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 table spoons oil in pan heated, slice green peppers and onions in pan.
- Cook until soften.
- Add all condiments and Steak Umms until fully cooked.
- Drain excess oil from meat.
- Add you cheese, mix in until melted.
- Toast bread in oven or toaster until lightly brown, not burnt.
- Mayo on both sides of bread, 2 pieces of lettuce on each hoagie and 2 slices of tomatoes on both sides of bread.
- Add meat and cut in half.
- Add some chips or spicy pickles.
