Beef Noodle Skillet Recipe
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 3 1/2 c. Water
- 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 2 jar low-fat mushroom gravy, (12 ounce.)
- 1/4 tsp Thyme leaves
- 12 ounce Noodles
- 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables (16 ounce.) (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 1/2 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
- Cook beef and onions in large skillet until meat is no longer pink.
- Add in water, bouillon cubes, gravy and thyme.
- Bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Stir in noodles and frzn vegetables.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 -10 mins, stirring twice, till noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in lowfat sour cream.
