Healthy Fitness Wraps
- 4 (6 inch) whole wheat sandwich wraps
- 1 (8 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 12 red onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 fuji apple, chopped
- 4 tablespoons orange rind, grated
- 1 -2 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
- 1 cup carrot, grated
- 12 celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- Combine above ingredients and fill the wraps.
- Chomp away!
