Veal Rump Roast Recipe

  2. Place roast, fat side down, in 3 qt glass casserole.
  3. Sprinkle onion and seasoning; pour wine over top.
  4. Cover with glass lid.

  6. Microwave for 12 min on high.
  7. Turn fat side up; recover.
  8. 3.
  9. Microwave for 40-45 min on simmer or possibly till fork tender.
  10. Let stand, covered, 5 min before serving.
  11. About 6 servings.
