Diced Steak with Delicious Sauce
- 500 grams Diced beef
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 onion worth Grated onion
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 50 ml Sake
- 1 round tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 5 shakes Umami seasoning
- 1 pinch Katakuriko
- Put the ingredients marked in a plastic bag, and rub the marinade into the beef.
- Rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Combine the ingredients marked in a bowl.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, and cook the beef and marinade.
- When the meat is almost cooked, wipe off the excess oil in the pan with a paper towel briefly.
- Add the ingredients marked , and cook until the beef is coated with the sauce.
- Serve on a plate.
