Nut Butter Breakfast Cake
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 13 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon stevia (optional)
- In a bowl, microwave the butter and almond butter for about 30 sec.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
- Then zap again for about 1,5-2 mins until fluffy.
- Cut into slices.
- To add a bit of sweetness, i sprinkled the Sukrin on top of the slices.
