Apple Grape Salad

• 1 bunch leafy green lettuce, chopped
• 1 medium green apple (Granny smith)
• 15 -20 red seedless grapes, cut in half
• 14 cup sharp cheddar cheese (crumbles or cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
• 14 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds

1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
