Blackberry Lemon Ice Cream

  1. In large bowl, combine blackberries, milk, lemon juice and lemon peel.
  2. Stir in half and half.
  3. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
  4. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
  5. Makes about 2 quarts.
  6. NOTE: 2 cups fresh or thawed frozen blueberries or raspberries, mashed, can be substituted for blackberries.
