This Chicken is Finger Lickin
- 6 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 whole Onion, Cut In Half
- 4 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- Olive Oil, For Drizzling
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Mild Curry Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Black Pepper

- Start by mixing the last 5 ingredients together in a bowl.
- Coat the drumsticks with the mix and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the chicken marinate.

- Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil, water should be high enough in the pot to cover the chicken.
- Add the onions, 4 garlic cloves and the drumsticks to the pot and reduce the heat.
- Add a Tablespoon of salt and let simmer while covered for 40 minutes.

- Transfer everything to a baking pan, drizzle a little olive oil over the top and broil in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is browned but still soft.
- Serve with white rice use the liquid left over in the pan to top the rice, its delicious.
