Fried Chicken Flour

• 25 lbs flour
• 3 lbs salt
• 4 ounces black pepper
• 8 ounces Old Bay Seasoning
• 12 cup paprika
• 12 cup granulated garlic
• 12 cup poultry seasoning

1. Mix all ingredients together well.
2. Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
3. Fry.
