Big Pig Pork Injection

• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 cup apple juice
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup course salt
• 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp hot sauce (choice)
• 1 tbsp dry mustard

1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Heat until they are well blended.
3. Refrigerate before using.
