Garden Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

  1. Toss spinach with tomatoes in large serving bowl; set aside.
  2. Cook and stir bacon and onions in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp; discard drippings in skillet.
  3. Return bacon mixture to skillet.
  4. Add vinegar, water, sugar and pepper; mix well.
  5. Cook 3 min.
  6. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  7. Add to spinach mixture; toss to coat.
  8. Serve immediately.
