Vickys Vanilla Frozen Yogurt - Avocado based - Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 6 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp agave nectar plus extra to taste
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 170 grams plain yogurt - coconut works well, I use homemade from my coconut yogurt recipe or from Vances DariFree powder, see my profile (vic20adamant) for that recipe too
- Halve and remove stone from avocados, scoop out flesh and roughly chop
- Put into a blender with other ingredients
- Scrape down sides as required.
- If too hard to blend add another spoon of yogurt to loosen the mixture
- Taste and add more agave if needed.
- Put in a lidded tub and freeze for 2 hours.
- Serve immediately
