Vickys Vanilla Frozen Yogurt - Avocado based - Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Halve and remove stone from avocados, scoop out flesh and roughly chop
  2. Put into a blender with other ingredients
  3. Scrape down sides as required.
  4. If too hard to blend add another spoon of yogurt to loosen the mixture
  5. Taste and add more agave if needed.
  6. Put in a lidded tub and freeze for 2 hours.
  7. Serve immediately
