Mushroom and Spinach Quiche

  1. Prepare the spinach by steaming and removing excess water.
  2. Add spinach and boiled mushrooms to egg whites.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes at 350F.
  4. When done, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over quiche.
  5. Have cantaloupe as dessert.
