High Protein Brownie
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 32g
- 13 cup fat-free cool whip
- 1 large egg
- non-fat cooking spray
- spray a mug with cooking spray.
- crack egg into mug.
- add cool whip, mix until smooth.
- add protein powder, mix until smooth (add water if needed).
- microwave on high for 2 minutes (more if needed).
- turn mug upside down to drop brownie onto a plate (cut to see if fully cooked).
- let cool and enjoy.
