Satay Pork

  1. In shallow glass dish, combine all ingredients except pork.
  2. Add pork, turning to coat with marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain pork; reserve marinade.
  5. Thread pork on skewers.
  6. Grill kabobs, on uncovered grill, over hot charcoal briquets 5-6 minutes or until cooked through, turning often and basting with marinade.
