Cannoli Siciliani Recipe

  1. Mix ricotta cheese and sugar together with whip.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Place in plastic, disposable pastry bag and chill at least 2 hrs before piping into shells.
  4. Fill shells only at time of service (shells filled ahead of time will become soggy).
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
