Tuna Mornay
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 150g baby spinach leaves, wilted and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 425g can tuna in spring water, drained
- 1/4 cup italian parsley leaves, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated KRAFT Tasty Cheese
- salad to serve
- Cook rice in a saucepan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- Drain and toss through spinach.
- Spread mixture over the base of a greased shallow ovenproof dish.
- Whisk together milk, cheese spread and flour in a saucepan over a low heat until smooth and thickened slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in tuna, parsley and seasonings.
- Pour evenly over rice mixture.
- Combine breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle over the tuna mixture.
- Bake at 190C for 20 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
- Serve with a side salad.
